Tree of Life Kundalini Yoga

Have you been feeling "burned out," "put through the fire," or just need a complete reset, I invite you to join me for a weekend of gentle healing and rebirth in beautiful Ojai.

Nestled in the mountains between Ventura and Santa Barbara is a small town with a vibrant spiritual history. For more than 100 years, Ojai, California has drawn artists, philosophers, yogis, writers, healers, and spiritual seekers of all kinds who have enjoyed the benefits of Ojai's healing atmosphere.

Though Ojai was affected by the recent fires, in a dramatic reminder that beauty and life will persist, whether or not we are ready, the green is already taking over the burn scars. Emerald green meadows now cover the previously charred hills.

Enjoy daily morning and evening yoga sessions and beautiful healthy food in natural surroundings. There are many beautiful hikes and spas near by, and the ocean is a short drive from the retreat center.

This retreat is open to men, women, couples, and all skill levels are welcome.
